Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Singapore. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities across Singlife’s insurance and investment offerings, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and individual clients. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. The Business Development Manager will monitor market trends and competitor activities, contribute to strategic growth initiatives, and ensure alignment with Singlife’s brand, compliance, and sustainability commitments. Day-to-day responsibilities include regular client meetings, performance reporting, and continuous improvement of sales and relationship management processes.
