Job description

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing dealer accounts.


• Continuously explore new opportunities to grow the dealer network and boost sales.


• Work towards meeting sales targets set by the department.


• Team up with sales promoters to reach both personal and team sales goals.


• Handle payment collection from dealers or customers.


• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complaints effectively.


• Keep the team updated with competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.


• Prepare and issue accurate sales orders.


• Assist with ordering of spare parts when required.


• Help out with department-related tasks and activities when needed.
