Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will support the operational teams in launching our immune cell banking platform. You will gain hands-on experience in cell processing, cryopreservation, quality control, and market analysis while contributing to real-world product development.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation & Management:
o Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, email newsletters, social media posts, and case studies, ensuring scientific accuracy and brand consistency.
o Aid in the approval process for marketing materials, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device, data privacy).
• Digital Marketing Support:
o Help manage and update company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.) with engaging content relevant to the life science audience.
o Support search engine optimization (SEO) efforts by conducting keyword research and assisting with website content optimization.
o Gain exposure to digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
• Market Research & Analysis:
o Conduct research on market trends, competitive landscapes, customer needs, and industry developments within the life science sector.
o Support data collection and analysis to track marketing campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
o Assist in generating insights from market data to inform marketing strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Liaise with internal teams such as sales, product development and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
o Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed.
• Administrative Support:
o Perform general administrative tasks to support the department, including maintaining databases, organizing files, and preparing reports.
Qualifications
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. (Candidates from science-related engineering backgrounds with a strong interest in marketing are also encouraged to apply.)
• Strong interest in the life science, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing platforms, basic graphic design software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
