Job summary

MS. DURIAN PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Business Development Executive who can work independently and enjoy engaging with people. The role covers Corporate and Consumer Business Development, including outreach to businesses, partner relations, timely responses to enquiries, and driving sales.

You will also contribute to developing new products/services from customer feedback and implement after-sales initiatives for partners, while expanding reach to new customer bases in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to businesses to offer our products and services
• Maintain good relationships with existing business partners
• Provide timely response to enquiries and ensure smooth transacting experience
• Generate sales and meet the KPI set by the company
• Develop new products and services based on the customer's feedback
• Develop after sales program for existing business partners
• Develop new strategies to reach out to new customer base
• Execute and provide timely feedback to the management to improve on the strategies implemented
• Support operations in delivering of new strategies
