TheRole

Innowave Tech is expanding into the advanced manufacturing sector and is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support business growth, client engagement and partnership development in this strategic industry.

This role suits fresh graduates and early-career professionals with a strong interest in business development or enterprise technology sales. You will build your expertise in a high-growth, AI-driven environment through structured training and real project exposure.

What You'll Do

Business development and sales

• Support business development activities to achieve sales targets and business objectives, working closely with senior team members
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing accounts and potential clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and potential leads

Client engagement

• Take part in client meetings, site visits and industry events to build relationships and support growth initiatives
• Understand client needs and challenges, and work with our Product and Solutions teams to tailor suitable AI-driven solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through consistent communication and follow-up

Pre-sales and commercial support

• Support pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation, solution coordination and client engagement
• Assist in commercial discussions and contract coordination, ensuring proper documentation and internal alignment

Training and growth

• Take part in a structured Company-Led Training (CLT) programme that builds capability in business development and semiconductor-focused industries through on-the-job training, mentorship and structured learning
• Gain exposure to real client projects, market expansion initiatives and strategic business activities

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or are lated field
• No minimum years of experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Well organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Eager to learn, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with an interest in developing negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Only Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents, as this role is part of a Company-Led Training programme.

Nice to Have

• Internships or experience in business development, sales, account management or marketing, particularly in B2B or enterprise technology
• Exposure to the semiconductor, advanced manufacturing or industrial technology sectors
• Familiarity with AI, data analytics or digital transformation solutions
