Formación

• Prior sales experience in a technical sector is advantageous.
• Minimum Diploma qualification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic project sales plans to expand the customer base.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by executing sales strategies and monitoring progress.
• Engage with potential clients to understand needs and build long-term relationships.
• Set clear objectives, train, and coach foremen to enhance team performance.
• Prepare accurate quotations for projects and coordinate repair work schedules.
• Liaise with subcontractors and repair teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Plan, organize, and supervise teams of technicians and subcontractors for maintenance work.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and queries regarding progress and status.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels using strong interpersonal skills.
• Apply knowledge of building works; M&E knowledge is advantageous.
• Demonstrate analytical and leadership skills to drive team success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic project sales plans to expand the customer base and grow company business
• Achieve monthly sales targets by executing sales strategies and monitoring progress
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and build long-term relationships
• Set clear objectives, train, and coach foremen to enhance team performance
• Prepare accurate quotations for projects and coordinate repair work schedules
• Liaise with subcontractors and repair teams to ensure timely project completion
• Plan, organize, and supervise teams of technicians and subcontractors for planned and ad-hoc maintenance work
• Respond promptly to customer requests and queries regarding project progress and work status
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels using strong interpersonal skills
• Apply technical knowledge of building works; Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) knowledge is advantageous
• Demonstrate strong analytical and leadership skills to drive team success and project outcomes
