Job summary

Howden Private Wealth in Singapore seeks a motivated Business Development Assistant to support planning and execution of development activities for UHNW clients. You will help prepare proposals, presentations, and reports, and maintain organized records.

You will schedule meetings for the BD team and coordinate with Marketing to align messaging. The role requires a Bachelor degree and at least 2 years in private banking or wealth planning, with strong English and Mandarin communication and

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the Private Banking or HNW space, especially wealth planning and insurance team will be a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. Other languages will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of business development activities
• Assist in the preparation and documentation of business development proposals, presentations, and reports
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to business development activities
• Manage the calendars and schedule meetings for the business development team
• Respond to inquiries and requests for information promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of messaging and promotional materials with business development objectives
