Job summary

ADEPT ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Solutions Consultant to deliver financial performance management solutions focusing on budgeting, planning, data analytics and reporting.

You will be trained on software used for solution development and act as a bridge between clients and project teams. Responsibilities include drafting proposals, gathering requirements, designing and developing solutions, managing projects, writing documentation, delivering customer training and participating

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Experience in business analytics processes is preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills, verbally and in writing.
• Familiarity with BI and planning analytics tools is advantageous.
• Financial planning and analysis experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

To take on the role of Solutions Consultant for the delivery of financial performance management solutions with focus on budgeting, planning, data analytics and reporting.

Will be trained on software that is used for solution development.

Be accountable for project deliverables and provide assistance to project leads on tasks such as:

• Draft solution proposals and provide effort estimations
• Conduct requirement gathering
• Design and develop solutions
• Perform project management
• Develop solution documentation
• Conduct training to customers
• Conduct presales meetings with prospects if necessary

Contribute to projects in a systematic way to deliver solutions on time and agreed scope with high focus on QUALITY and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Must-Haves

• Most important in a successful candidate: willingness to learn and determined to deliver quality solutions to solve our client's needs.
• Experience in business analytic processes is preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Good-To-Haves (general)

• Experienced in using or developing solutions with software such as IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), OneStream, IBM Controller, Oracle Hyperion (HFM), SAP BPC, Tagetik and/or Anaplan will be advantageous.
• Experienced in other BI software such as MS Power BI, Tableau, IBM Cognos Analytics and QlikView.

Good-To-Haves (for technical folks)

• Experienced in predictive analytics software such as SPSS, SAS and/or R
• Understanding of data warehousing, containerization technology and/or database management
• Proficient in Python, REST API, SQL, Javascript and/or VBA.

Good-To-Haves (for financial folks)

• Experienced in managing Financial Planning and Analysis processes in current or previous jobs.
• Accountancy-trained with professional certifications such as CA and ACCA.
