Job summary

Infrasoft Technologies PTE Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years in the banking and wealth management domain. The role covers financial accounting, liquidity management, credit risk, regulatory reporting, and core banking processes.

You will engage in requirements gathering, workshops, and stakeholder management across regions to ensure successful IT project deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance flows, accounting systems

Qualifications

• Should have worked as Business analyst for 8+ years.
• Hands-on experience in implementations across finance/accounting modules.
• Knowledge of Financial Accounting, including transaction movements, accruals and reversals for trading/banking books.
• Experience in Liquidity Management and Credit Risk aspects.
• Familiarity with Regulatory Reporting, Basel IV, SACCR preferred.
• Core banking lifecycle knowledge (Loan/Deposit) and WM Investment lifecycle.

Function Competencies

• Should have worked as Business analyst at least for 8+years.
• Hands on experience in the following areas are anticipated (or a mix) in implementations :
• Financial Accounting (Knowledge on Transaction movements, Accruals, Reversals for Trading and Banking book)
• Liquidity Management
• Credit-risk (Collateral Management, Counterparty Risk)
• Regulatory Reporting (Knowledge on Basel IV, SACCR preferred)
• Core banking (Knowledge on Loan/Deposit lifecycle)
• Data quality, Finance closing and recon process.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role in Banking Wealth Management industry.
• Good working knowledge on WM investment product life cycle .
• Should have good knowledge and understanding of the information flow and various business functions in a financial services/bank.
• Should have knowledge on Accounting/Finance system implementation lifecycle.
• Experience working throughout the entire IT project life cycle; including analyzing and documenting requirements, workshops, testing and stakeholder management throughout.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
• Able to conduct workshops with business teams and challenging the requirements
• Collaborate with teams and work with groups effectively spread across various regions
• Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with multiple teams and other stakeholders to maintain harmony
• Background from Business analyst and transitioned to PM would be value added.
