Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a Business Analyst to lead end-to-end workflow improvements in Loan and Trade operations. You will partner with PM/PMO, business users, IT, vendors and HQ to gather requirements and drive delivery.

Responsibilities include analyzing As-Is processes, proposing To-Be designs, and identifying opportunities to streamline and automate workflows with the automation and technology teams for successful testing, UAT, and migration.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Loan or Trade Operations within banking, either in banking or consulting
• 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis or workflow improvement projects
• Solid understanding of Loan and/or Trade Operations with ability to identify improvement opportunities
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills to develop As-Is and To-Be workflows
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with business users, IT, vendors and HQ stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Business Analyst for end-to-end operational workflow improvement projects, focusing on Loan and Trade operations.


• Work closely with PM/PMO teams, business users, IT teams, external vendors and HQ stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure smooth project delivery.


• Analyse and document As-Is Loan & Trade workflows, identify process gaps and inefficiencies, and propose To-Be processes to improve operational efficiency.


• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows, translating business requirements into practical automation and technology solutions.


• Liaise with automation and technology teams to support solution development, testing, UAT, issue resolution and migration/implementation.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Loan or Trade Operations within banking, either in a banking or consulting environment.


• 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis, workflow improvement, process transformation or related banking projects.


• Good understanding of Loan and/or Trade Operations, with strong analytical skills to identify process improvement opportunities.


• Good process mapping and documentation skills, including the ability to develop clear As-Is and To-Be workflows.


• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users, IT teams, external vendors and HQ stakeholders.
