Job summary

Aryan-Solutions-Pte.-Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with at least five years of experience in the banking sector to drive requirements and translate them into functional specs. You will map data flows, participate in Fenergo configurations, and support IT stakeholders on complex projects. PMP certification and Fenergo experience are a plus.

The role includes training, collaboration with consultants, and participation in SIT and user testing to ensure business outcomes are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with working experience in IT industry.
• Minimum 5 years as a BA in banking domain.
• Strong knowledge of KYC onboarding and Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Basic knowledge of IT project management and SDLC.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Team player with proactive attitude and ability to handle challenges.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Prior knowledge of Fenergo platform is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive business requirements together with business users
• Translate and document business cases into functional requirements
• Perform analysis and mapping of existing applications data model to up stream down stream systems eg interfaces reports etc
• Analyse functional requirements to determine at the required configurations in Fenergo to support business outcome
• Fenergo training and on the job training with Fenergo consultants will be provided
• Perform IT solutioning together with IT stakeholders taking into consideration the SMBC application landscape
• Support in project planning to estimate budget resources and duration
• Support IT project managers in the execution of large project
• Perform SIT and support facilitate user testing

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree with working experience in IT industry

Min 5 years of work experience as BA in the domain in the banking industry

Good knowledge on KYC OnBoarding Customer Lifecycle Management

Basic knowledge on IT project management and SDLC

Strong stakeholder management skill

A team player with proactive personality and rise to challenges

Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills

PMP certified is a plus

Prior knowledge and experience in Fenergo platform will be an advantage
