Qualifications

• Degree in business, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of business analysis experience.
• Able to liaise with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Strong written and spoken communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collate and manage all application details for the assigned business vertical.
• Support user community on business queries and guidance on BAU activities.
• Understand project scope, changes, and assist Project Manager with impact assessment.
• Ensure design aligns with data flow strategy for impactful changes.
• Gather stakeholders' requirements and walkthrough with team.
• Partner with team in solutioning to ensure scalable, standardised design with front-end configuration.
• Assess and propose testing approaches and sign-off criteria.
• Lead overall UAT management including timelines and tester results.
• Prepare documentation on data flow, design, solutioning and testing per templates.
