Job summary

YM Global Technologies PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a system analyst who will define system scope and objectives, and act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to translate business needs into solution requirements.

You will document specifications, support requirements management and testing, and contribute to feasibility studies and solution implementations, bringing strong communication and problem-solving skills from 4–5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Define system scope and objectives using IT knowledge and industry requirements.
• Liaise between clients and technical teams to elicit and document business processes and requirements.
• Research and specify effective solutions to business and technical problems.
• Support visualization, UX, and configuration activities during design.
• Document requirement specifications using established high‑maturity methods and tools.
• Support requirements and change management to align with business needs.
• Contribute to proposals, feasibility studies, and solution implementations.
• Evaluate business implications of applying technology to inform decisions.
• Develop and execute acceptance test plans and test cases to validate solution functionality.

• Define system scope and objectives by applying knowledge of information technology and industry requirements
• Liaise between clients and technical teams to elicit, document, analyze, and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements using strong communication skills
• Research, identify, and specify effective solutions to business and technical problems proactively
• Support and conduct visualization, user experience, and configuration activities during solution design
• Document requirement specifications using established high-maturity methods, processes, and tools
• Support requirements management and change management processes to ensure alignment with business needs
• Contribute to business cycle activities including proposals, feasibility studies, and solution implementations
• Evaluate business implications of applying technology within the current business environment to inform decision-making
