Job description

Responsibilities

• All Service Level Agreement are met
• Closing of all assigned projects within the agreed timeline
• Gathering and analysing business requirements based on information from internal and external sources
• Liaise with Technical Team to ensure deliverables are delivered on time
• Assist in the data set up for new/ongoing projects
• Work closely with the business to propose and implement best practices and enforce them across the organization
• Coordinate and run the testing activities (preparing test script, SIT, UAT)
• Participate in Post Verification Deployment when required
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
