Job summary

SimplifyNext seeks a client-facing Business Analyst to drive transformation on SaaS and digital platforms. You will lead discovery workshops, map journeys, and translate insights into Agile user stories and product backlogs working with Product Owners, Architects, and Developers.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of BA/Consulting experience in SaaS or enterprise transformations.
• Proven experience in Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe, hybrid Agile) with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong consulting toolkit: stakeholder management, problem structuring, business case development, and process re-engineering.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills with senior leaders and frontline staff.
• Passion for transformation, AI, automation, and customer/employee experience redesign.

Your Role at SimplifyNext

As a Business Analyst, you will play a client-facing consulting role driving business transformation on SaaS and digital platforms. You will:

• Lead discovery workshops to identify pain points, map user journeys, and define transformation opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8+ years of Business Analyst / Consulting experience in SaaS or enterprise application transformations (Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OutSystems, Power Platform, etc.).
• Proven experience in Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe, hybrid Agile) – ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support backlog prioritization.
• Strong consulting toolkit: stakeholder management, problem structuring, business case development, and business process re-engineering.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills – able to engage both senior leaders and frontline staff.
• Passion for transformation: excited about AI, automation, application platforms, and customer/employee experience redesign.
