Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a tech business analyst/product operations professional with 3–5 years of experience to join our talent pipeline. You will collaborate with engineering, product, policy and frontline teams to drive outcomes, analyze data flows, APIs, and backend processes, and translate findings into actionable dashboards and user journeys.

We value structured documentation, ownership, and the ability to work under pressure, with a focus on end-to-end product

Qualifications

• End-to-end experience with product teams to build new products and features.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• CS/PM related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
• 3–5 years as a tech business analyst or product operations in tech environments.
• Experience with data flows and backend processes; comfortable with SQL.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• End to end experience working with product team to build products
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines
• Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus
• 3 to 5 years of experience as tech business analyst or product operations in a tech or systems-driven environment
• Experience with data flows, backend processes and comfortable with SQL querying
• Ability to break down complex systems into clear user journeys, operational steps, and risks
• Bonus: Experience working on medium scale products or in the public sector
• A practical understanding of how databases, APIs, and system architecture fit together to create end-to-end user journeys
• Structured, detail-oriented, and accountable - clear documentation and followthrough are essential
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, product, policy, and frontline teams
• Curious about backend systems, data integrity, system reliability, and how identity data flows across government platforms
• A collaborative, humble mindset with a strong sense of ownership
