Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate needs into actionable specifications. You will support the design, testing, and UAT to ensure successful delivery.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive process improvements and assist in change management initiatives to maximize project impact.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Experience with requirement analysis tools, process mapping, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
