Job summary

GovTech invites applications for the LTA-PT Manager / Deputy/ Assistant Manager, Bus Infrastructure Management 1. You will join the Bus Infrastructure Asset Steward, Operations & Management Division to oversee bus interchanges and depots, coordinating with agencies, operators and internal divisions to support safe, reliable and efficient bus services.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant working experience in asset management or facility management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to details.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder liaison abilities.
• Creative, hands-on with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive bus infrastructure-related matters under the Bus Contracting Model, including tender preparation and contract administration.
• Manage commercial and advertisement activities at bus interchanges.
• Develop and implement operational policies on the use, operations and maintenance of bus infrastructure.
• Support asset management strategies for long-term readiness of bus infrastructure.
• Manage land-related licensing and leasing matters, including occupation agreements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across agencies, operators and internal divisions on bus infrastructure matters.
