Job summary

GovTech, on behalf of the Singapore Public Service, seeks a Deputy/Assistant Manager for Asset Management & Records under the Bus Infrastructure Asset Steward, Operation & Management Division. The role focuses on overseeing maintenance contract compliance, managing infrastructure records and coordinating with operators and internal teams to ensure efficient, safe bus operations.

You will also manage calendars, budget responsibilities, and BMMS asset usage while handling land-related permissions

Qualifications

• Experience in bus industry, asset management, contract management or procurement preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• Resourceful, hands-on and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Track operators' compliance with maintenance requirements in bus contracts.
• Maintain division's bus infrastructure records, including bus stops.
• Coordinate with operators and internal divisions on infrastructure matters.
• Manage the Deputy Director’s calendar.
• Act as Budget Officer for the division.
• Oversee use of Bus Maintenance System (BMMS) for assets.
• Handle land-related matters, including Written Permissions.
• Coordinate feedback across stakeholders.
