Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the company bus and transport employees/workers on assigned routes and schedules.

• Report defects, accidents, breakdowns, traffic violations, and incidents to supervisor.

• Safely operate the company bus and transport employees/workers according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while maintaining high standards of passenger safety and service.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the bus is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
• Promptly report vehicle defects, accidents, breakdowns, traffic violations, and other incidents to the supervisor.
• Ensure passengers comply with company safety and transportation rules.
• Maintain good attendance, punctuality, and compliance with assigned working schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel, inspections, and maintenance as required.
• Comply with Singapore traffic laws, Workplace Safety and Health requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain a valid driving licence and all required licences or authorisations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and operations personnel to ensure smooth transportation operations.
• Perform other transportation-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirement

• Minimum primary/secondary education or equivalent, with relevant bus-driving experience preferred.
• Possess a valid Singapore driving licence and any required vocational licences or authorisations.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Good driving, vehicle-handling, and time-management skills.
• Responsible, punctual, safety-conscious, and physically fit.
• Able to communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Able to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.
