You will measure, mix, marinate, and cook using ovens, grills, fryers, kettles and steamers, while maintaining FIFO and consistent portions, and supporting menu changes and new recipes when required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a central/commercial kitchen.
• Knowledge of bulk food preparation, portion control, and standard recipes.
• Understanding of food safety and HACCP guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and cook food items in bulk according to standardized recipes and cycles.
• Maintain portioning to ensure consistency across locations and minimize waste.
• Follow production plans, batch cooking, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and HACCP compliance.
• Monitor quality, taste, temperature, and presentation before dispatch.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment sanitation.
• Assist with inventory receiving and labeling, and report faults.
