Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Block Technician to perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems across facilities, equipment, machinery, buildings and plumbing.
You will handle tenant and customer requests, enforce safety policies, report non-conformances, supervise vendors after hours, attend emergencies, assist with logistics and events, read meters, and help with incident reports and documentation.
Block technician for any maintenance, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system on facilities, equipment, machinery, building and plumbing work.
Block technician to attend any normal requests or complaints from tenants & customers.
Ensure thorough understanding of safety policies and work methods and implement them accordingly.
Report any non-conformance to Supervisor for corrective action.
Supervise vendors/Contractors on routine & ad-hoc works after office hours.
Block technician to attend or standby emergency call.
Assist on logistics and events support.
Meters reading (e.g., Electricity, Water and BTU)
Assist in incident report.
Scanning of service sheets and other documents that related to work.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
Nitec or Higher Nitec qualification with 2 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management.
