Job summary

IMPACT BPO SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle pre and post tender documents and contracts for building projects. The role includes take-off measurements, procurement take-offs, and evaluating subcontractor payments, with cost control and budgeting responsibilities.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–3 years in QS for civil/structural work is an advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying for Civil & Structural is an added advantage.
• Construction industry for buildings project are preferred.
• Good communication skills and experience in negotiation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills – Words, Excels.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre and post tender documentations and contract.
• Take off measurement and preparation for tender submission.
• Prepare materials take off for procurement and production for new and existing projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor's progress payments and variation claims
• Cost control, project budgeting and final account.
• Preparation of monthly progress claim to consultant.
• Preparation of variation orders for submission
• Assist and perform all tasks assigned by respective superior.
