Job summary

GH GUNG HUI AIR-CONDITIONING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supervisors and general foremen at a construction site to oversee the work of a distinct unit, interpret specifications, and coordinate activities of workers across trades.

You will plan, implement, monitor progress against the master programme, liaise with Professional Engineer on temporary works, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising building trades on construction sites.
• Ability to interpret specifications and job orders.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimating manpower requirements
• Assigning duties to workers
• Analysing and resolving work problems
• Coordinating the work of one or more units with other units
• Recommending or initiating personnel action
• Supervising co-workers and helping them in their work
• Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work
• Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
• Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
