We are the Official and Authorized retailer for premium red carpet and fashion brands including ELIE SAAB, Vivienne Westwood, Oscar de la Renta, Vera Wang, Galia Lahav, Monique Lhuillier, Pronovias, Berta and more.

We are currently looking for a part-time or full-time Bridal Consultant and Designer to be the brand ambassador for The Proposal. The candidate has a vital role to play in our continual success that we have built thus far. The store is centrally located at Capitol Singapore. Weekend work is required. An attractive Sales Commission will be part of the remuneration, on top of the monthly basic salary.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Achieve the monthly sales target
  • Conduct sales appointments with clients by providing an exceptional level of customer service and consultation
  • Partner and work with our in-house seamstress for dress fitting and alteration requirements
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries over email, phone and WhatsApp and to elevate to the Directors if required
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities including wedding shows, styled shoots, media presentations, trunk shows, etc.
  • Responsible for administrative duties including appointment management, stock-taking, upkeep the general cleanliness and maintenance of the store, update sales reports and client orders, etc.
  • Provide regular sales, fashion trends and industry feedback to the Directors
  • Travelling is required to our Jakarta store (< 20% of the time)
Requirements
  • Relevant Diploma or Degree in Fashion
  • Prior or existing experience will have priority
  • Possess a strong customer service and positive attitude, eloquent and a good team player with high EQ
  • Good technical and dress-making skill is highly desirable
  • Keen eye for fashion and trends
  • Weekend work is a requirement
