Rakuten Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Employer Branding & Talent Management Intern to help share our Rakuten story and support key talent initiatives. You will craft narratives that showcase our culture and opportunities, while gaining hands-on experience in HR operations and events.

You'll maintain talent systems, provide admin support, organize programs and assist with content creation, scripting, and social media for employer branding.

Qualifications

• Commitment for 6 months.
• Internship period: From Jan 2027.
• From a reputable tertiary institution (HR/Business or related fields).
• Portfolio of design & copywriting work required.
• Passionate about storytelling, branding & digital media.
• Proactive and self-driven with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Content creation & copywriting for employer branding.
• Coordinate and support branding events & interviews.
• Manage Rakuten Asia’s social media and track engagement.
• Maintain and update talent management systems.
• Provide administrative support to Talent Management.
