Job summary

HOW I CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative Marketing Executive to build and amplify our brand, implement marketing strategies for How I Care and drive promotion and sales of the How I Care Journal product. The role blends content creation, digital marketing, brand development and sales support.

The ideal candidate understands storytelling, community-building, and how to position purpose-driven products in meaningful ways, advocating for social and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A marketing professional with a strong creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Interest in promoting wellbeing through reflective practices and connection with others.
• Minimum 2 years’ marketing and sales experience, preferably in wellness, education, or publishing.
• Experience running successful digital and affiliate campaigns.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
• Website management experience (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS).
• Understanding of branding and storytelling.
• Strong community engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with our mission and values.
• Content Creation: Produce engaging content (posts, reels, blogs, newsletters, campaigns).
• Digital & Social Media Marketing: Grow presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook; track analytics.
• Website & Digital Presence: Update blogs, landing pages, product descriptions; assist SEO and campaigns.
• Community Management & Engagement: Build journaling community online and offline; host events.
• Merchandise & Product Procurement: Support sourcing and promotion of branded products.
• Email Marketing & Copywriting: Create email campaigns with brand-aligned copy.
• SEO & Paid Ads: Implement SEO and Google Ads to improve visibility.
• Event Management: Plan marketing activations and workshops.
• Sales & Business Development Support: Assist in lead gen and campaigns; identify partnerships.
