Job summary

Frasers Property Limited in Singapore is seeking a Creative Development Associate on a fixed-term 11-month contract within Frasers Hospitality to support brand and marketing collateral creation across print and digital assets.

You will collaborate with the Brand Experience team to roll out BX guidelines across markets, maintain the asset library, and provide day-to-day administrative and project support to ensure timely, on-brand delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with focus on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong visual sense with attention to brand consistency.
• Knowledge of print production for press-ready files.
• Digital design prep for web and social platforms.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail in copy, layout, colours and specs.
• Interest in brand and customer experience across touchpoints.
• Video editing skills or Canva proficiency would be an advantage.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand and marketing collateral across print and digital assets.
• Translate conceptual ideas into high‑quality visual designs.
• Organize and catalogue design source files for easy access by Creative and BX teams.
• Support BX rollout across markets with materials, timelines and implementation follow-ups.
• Prepare, organize and distribute BX guidelines, toolkits and templates.
• Coordinate implementation with internal teams and stakeholders to align materials and timelines.
• Provide administrative and creative workflow support, including tracking and delivery timelines.
