Job summary

TRIFECTA Singapore is seeking a Marketing & Programming Associate to support branding, digital marketing, content creation, and on-ground activations across TRIFECTA Surf Club, Snowboard & Ski School, and Riders' Lounge. You’ll gain exposure to campaigns, social media, events, and content strategy while working with a small, passionate team in a dynamic lifestyle environment.

You’ll contribute to planning, execution, and analytics, while learning from mentors and growing creatively.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing or Communications; fresh Poly Graduates welcome.
• Internship experience in Marketing, Communications or Advertising preferred.
• Singaporean/PR
• Excellent command in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Proficient in Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva and CapCut
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently; Meticulous, detail oriented and organized
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking
• Commencement by end of August would be preferred

Responsibilities

• Brand & Campaign Marketing: support planning and execution of integrated campaigns.
• Content Creation & Community Management: create, schedule, publish content; manage engagement.
• Digital Marketing: assist paid campaigns; monitor performance and insights.
• Creative & Copywriting: write copy for social, EDMs, and websites; design simple assets.
• Event Marketing & On-Ground Activations: plan and execute events and activations; capture content.
• Marketing Analytics & Administrative Support: track performance; assist monthly reports.
