Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field.
• 2–4 years in marketing communications, PR, or brand management (FMCG or lifestyle a plus).
• Strong copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing communications campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels.
• Manage social media channels and content calendars for engagement and community growth.
• Coordinate media relations, press events, product launches, and experiential activations.
• Track campaign performance, media coverage, and ROI; prepare reports for senior management.
• Ensure materials align with brand guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with trade marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging with business goals.
• Monitor trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Manage budgets, vendor invoicing, and administrative workflows within marketing.
