Job summary

EXPERTISE TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented marketing support specialist to assist branding campaigns, content coordination, and admin tasks. You will help plan campaigns, coordinate with agencies and vendors, review materials for accuracy, and update websites via CMS.

You will also support digital campaigns, create basic artwork, and analyze GA4 data to optimise performance, while maintaining rigorous records.

Qualifications

Degree in any discipline is required.
6 months to 1 year of relevant marketing experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Support planning, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Review materials for grammar and accuracy.
Assist with website updates using CMS.
Assist digital campaigns such as EDM, SMS and A/B tests.
Assist with basic artwork using Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.
Collect, organise and update marketing data and reports.
Track campaign performance using GA4.
Support procurement activities and liaise with vendors.
Maintain admin records and meeting schedules.
