Job summary

EL GLOBALTRADE FOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all daily operations at the Singapore branch, drive sales, and ensure cost-control targets are met.

You will supervise staff, conduct briefings, train on service standards and SOPs, maintain food quality and safety, manage inventory, cash handling, and compliance with licences and regulations, reporting to management. • Lead and oversee daily branch operations.
• Drive sales targets and enforce cost-control.
• Supervise attendance, scheduling, discipline and performance.
• Conduct daily briefings and delegate duties clearly.
• Train staff on service standards, product knowledge and SOPs.
• Maintain outstanding customer service and resolve complaints.
• Check food quality, portion size, presentation and serving time.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, wastage and inventory records.
• Ensure cashiering, sales reports and cash-handling procedures are accurate.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food-safety standards.
• Ensure licences, regulations and company policies are followed.
• Inspect the branch before opening and after closing.
• Report daily sales, expenses, incidents and operational issues to management.
• Prevent theft, unauthorised discounts and misuse of company property.
• Handle emergencies and resolve staff or operational problems promptly.
• Be fully responsible for the branch’s sales, service, staff and overall performance.
