Job summary

BazGym Gymnastics School in Singapore is seeking a Branch Manager to own one centre and lead the team to deliver an excellent experience for students, parents and coaches. This hands-on leadership role covers daily operations, staff development, programme quality and customer service, with a focus on enrolment, retention and community growth. You should be comfortable working weekends, managing both employees and customers, and building a culture of high standards and safe, engaging sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports, enrichment, education, childcare, fitness, hospitality, retail operations or service management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, staffing, schedules, facilities and admin, aiming for enrolment and retention targets.
• Build strong relationships with parents and students; follow up on enquiries and trials to improve retention and customer experience.
• Lead and support the coaching team; monitor attendance, professionalism and teaching standards with Head Coaches and Head of Programmes.
