Job description
    The Branch Manager in Delhi is responsible for assigning and directing all work performed in the branch, overseeing all operational areas, managing staff, fostering a positive environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and proper branch operation. You will play a crucial role in the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies to increase productivity and achieve sales targets.Reporting directly to the Director, you will have the following key responsibilities:Operational responsibilities:- Provide operational support for Air & Sea Import, Air & Sea Export, Air & Sea Freight Forwarding, Transporter, and other service providers.- Plan logistics operations for clients, including coordinating transportation and communicating with vendors, Oversea Agents, Shipping Lines, Airlines, AITA Agents, Freight Forwarders, Co-loaders, NVOCC, and CFS/Custodians.- Handle primary communications and escalations with agents and customers, as well as intra-branch escalations.- Ensure 100% accurate bill preparations and timely document submissions to clients.- Manage the Finance and Accounts function for the branch office.- Evaluate and enhance team processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and customer value.- Manage HR and Admin activities at the branch level.Business Development responsibilities:- Manage corporate client relationships and drive development.- Network to enhance the branch and company reputation.- Share best practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs with other branches and headquarters.- Meet set goals and metrics, develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.Requirements:- Preferably a Graduate/Post Graduate with knowledge of Customs clearance (Import & Export) activities and Business Development.- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role.- G pass Customs pass holder preferred.- Ability to achieve sales targets and operational goals.- Proficient in Import and export customs clearance procedures.- Strong communication, writing, organizational skills, a Go-Getter attitude, and result-oriented mindset.- Proficiency in MS Office is advantageous.- Capable of streamlining operations and implementing improvements for clients.,
