Job summary

ST Engineering invites applications for the role of Branch Head – Client Grant Processing Team in Singapore. You will lead a large grant processing team, ensuring accurate processing, timely approvals, and strict adherence to policy and internal controls.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, people development, stakeholder collaboration, data analytics and risk management, working within a dynamic, policy-driven environment to deliver high-quality grant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in grants administration, operations service delivery.
• At least 3 years in a team leadership or branch management role; public sector grants experience is a plus.
• Proven track record in leading large operational teams (≥10 staff).
• Skilled in using Excel for reporting, analysis, and performance monitoring.

• Operational oversight: Manage end-to-end grant processing, assessments and approvals across multiple schemes.

Qualities We Value

• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent in project management
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in grants administration, operations service delivery with at least 3 years in a team leadership or branch management role. Prior experience in overseeing public sector grants would be an advantage
• Proven track record in leading large operational teams (at least 10 staff), with strong people management and teambuilding capabilities
• Skilled in using Excel for reporting, analysis, and performance monitoring
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders
