EPAM Systems in Singapore seeks a BPMN Process Modeler (Flowable) to translate business requirements into executable workflow and case models for critical banking processes.

You will model end-to-end processes, collaborate with engineers on integrations, and drive governance and release readiness using Flowable, BPMN, and case management patterns.

Formación

• BPMN 2.0 expertise with executable process models.
• Flowable or comparable BPM/workflow platform experience; willingness to upskill.
• Case management modeling experience; handle non-linear workflows.
• API integration understanding across enterprise systems.
• Java familiarity; Spring Boot & enterprise architecture knowledge.
• Oracle SQL basics for data validation.
• Agile delivery with cross-functional communication.
• English fluency for stakeholder facilitation and documentation.
• Nice to have Banking/wealth management domain experience.
• Experience with ElasticSearch/OpenSearch for search/ops use cases.
• DevOps or SAFe certifications

We are seeking a BPMN Process Modeler (Flowable) in Singapore. You turn business requirements into executable workflow and case models that run critical banking processes. Bring strong BPMN and case management skills and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders on integrations, releases and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Model end-to-end business processes in Flowable using BPMN and case management patterns
• Translate business requirements into executable workflow designs and specifications
• Facilitate workshops to clarify process steps, exceptions, roles and controls
• Partner with engineers to shape API-based integrations and system interactions
• Maintain versioned model assets, documentation and release readiness in Git-based workflows
• Support testing, defect triage and model refinements through delivery cycles
• Promote consistent modeling standards, reuse and governance across teams

Requirements

• BPMN two point zero expertise with the ability to create clear, executable process models
• Flowable experience or proven experience with comparable BPM and workflow platforms and readiness to upskill
• Case management modeling experience and confidence handling non-linear workflows and exceptions
• API integration understanding including how services interact across enterprise systems
• Java familiarity, plus working knowledge of Spring Boot and enterprise application architecture concepts
• Oracle Database knowledge including Structured Query Language (SQL) for basic data validation and analysis
• Agile delivery experience with clear communication in cross-functional teams
• English fluency for stakeholder facilitation, documentation and daily collaboration
• Nice to have Banking or wealth management domain experience
• Experience with ElasticSearch & OpenSearch for search or operational use cases
• DevOps or scaled Agile certifications such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
