EPAM Singapore is seeking a skilled Process Modeler/Automation Specialist to design and implement end-to-end business processes using Flowable and BPMN. You will collaborate with engineers to define API-based integrations and maintain versioned model assets within Git-based workflows.

Strong participation in workshops and cross-functional teams is expected to ensure robust, scalable solutions. Required are BPMN/Flowable expertise, Java familiarity, and experience with Agile delivery in

• Maintain versioned model assets, documentation and release readiness in Git-based workflows.
• Support testing, defect triage and model refinements through delivery cycles.
• Promote consistent modeling standards, reuse and governance across teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Model end-to-end business processes in Flowable using BPMN and case management patterns
• Translate business requirements into executable workflow designs and specifications
• Facilitate workshops to clarify process steps, exceptions, roles and controls

What Will Make You Shine:

BPMN two point zero expertise with the ability to create clear, executable process models

Flowable experience or proven experience with comparable BPM and workflow platforms and readiness to upskill

Case management modeling experience and confidence handling non-linear workflows and exceptions

API integration understanding including how services interact across enterprise systems

Java familiarity, plus working knowledge of Spring Boot and enterprise application architecture concepts

Oracle Database knowledge including Structured Query Language (SQL) for basic data validation and analysis

Agile delivery experience with clear communication in cross-functional teams

English fluency for stakeholder facilitation, documentation and daily collaboration

Nice to have

Banking or wealth management domain experience

Experience with Elastic Search & OpenSearch for search or operational use cases

DevOps or scaled Agile certifications such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
