You must have board-level or senior executive experience in MAS-regulated financial services, with strong governance, AML/CFT, and regulatory engagement capabilities. This role offers leadership responsibility and exposure to regulators and stakeholders in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at board level or senior executive roles in MAS-regulated financial institutions, payment institutions, fintechs, banks, or remittance businesses.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the Board of Directors and contribute to strategic direction and long-term growth.
• Ensure compliance with the Payment Services Act, MAS regulations, and governance requirements.
• Oversee enterprise risk management, AML/CFT frameworks, sanctions, fraud controls, and internal governance processes.
• Review and approve policies, budgets, business plans, and material transactions.
• Provide challenge and guidance to management on performance and regulatory matters.
• Engage with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders as required.
• Support a culture of compliance, integrity, and sound governance.
• Participate in Board and committee meetings, including risk, audit, and compliance discussions.
