Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Services Engineer to act as the technical expert for BMS projects. You will design, program, and commission BMS solutions across HVAC, electrical, lighting, and security systems while building strong customer relationships.

You will lead FAT/SAT, support site deployment, and deliver robust documentation. The role requires 3+ years in BMS/IBMS and a strong problem-solving mindset with customer focus.

Qualifications

• BMS/BAS/IBMS or Smart Building experience, 3+ years.
• Experience in BMS design, programming, commissioning and integration with HVAC and field devices.
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, KNX, OPC, MQTT protocols.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills with clients.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and cybersecurity practices.
• Experience with cloud-based building platforms and IoT; EcoStruxure familiarity is a plus.
• Understanding BIM/CAD workflows and sustainability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BMS control strategies and system architectures.
• Configure and program BMS controllers and field devices.
• Perform FAT, SAT, and system commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot BMS software, hardware, and networking issues.
• Support project execution with design reviews and site deployment.
• Prepare project documentation including schematics, schedules, network drawings and manuals.
• Optimize system performance through analytics and energy efficiency improvements.
• Provide technical support and training to customers and service teams.
