Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computing Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in BMS and Automation preferred.
• Knowledge of Modbus, Bacnet, OPC and Windows Server / SQL management.
• Ability to interpret software logic diagrams and configurations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates may apply.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot major system/software issues and support customers and internal teams.
• Plan and conduct technical training for internal departments.
• Support Green Mark activities with documentation and site tuning.
• Review and standardize control methodologies and technical documents.
• Develop and test new ideas and products with R&D collaboration.
• Provide programming support for special and critical controls.
• Deliver technical support for the application system and liaise with vendors and clients.
