Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BMS Project Manager to guide projects in the construction and M&E sectors from planning through to execution. You will coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met, and supervise installation, testing and commissioning on site. This role demands strong problem-solving and coordination skills and familiarity with major BMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of BMS-focused experience in construction/M&E.
• Familiar with BMS systems (Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell).

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee BMS projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet requirements.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning on site.
• Ensure compliance with M&E standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct handovers.
