Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Building Technology) required.
• Experience interfacing design, implementation and testing between third-party systems using Modbus, BACNet or other protocols.
• 2 years' working experience in ACMV/building systems or PLC-related work.
• Must have Mitsubishi PLC programming experience.
• Knowledge of SCADA (Niagara N4 or Mitsubishi MC Works) is advantageous.
• Have worked with Building Management System/SCADA/HVAC system is advantageous.
• Resourceful with good organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Team player but able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work during weekends or night jobs occasionally when required.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of Building Management System, Energy management System.
• Development of Functional Design Specifications, Software Design Specifications, Control Schematics/Write-up and other software/test documentation.
• Handle application programme change management, hardware deployment management & documentation.
• Implantation of PLC/SCADA project from concept to design and programming.
• Site Testing and Commissioning with clients.
• Interface design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems.
• Meeting with clients, reports and documentation.
• Capable of performing troubleshooting independently.
• Implement improvement works to clients.
