Job summary

EY Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and grow the Blockchain & Digital Assets practice. You will work with partners across EY to provide assurance, advisory and regulatory insights for digital assets and tokenization initiatives.

You will engage senior stakeholders, translate complex technology and regulatory issues into actionable guidance, and build trusted relationships with exchanges, custodians and fintechs. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related discipline.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in blockchain and digital assets.
• Experience leading client engagements and teams in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Blockchain & Digital Assets practice in Singapore.
• Be the firm’s subject matter leader on blockchain and digital assets.
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders with regulatory insights and practical recommendations.
