Job summary

Lam Chuan Construction Pte Ltd is seeking cleaners to handle daily cleaning and upkeep of a building and dormitory areas at Changi South Avenue 2. The role requires physical fitness and reliability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Location at Changi South Avenue 2.
• No formal education required; basic literacy preferred.
• Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or building maintenance will be an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning duties, including standing and walking for long hours.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain consistent cleaning standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support operational needs.
• Willing to work in dormitory environment and perform shift or weekend duties if required.

• Replenish cleaning supplies and report low stock or damaged cleaning equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages observed within the premises.
• Carryout ad-hoc cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.
