Job summary

Sanofi Group is hiring a Biotechnologist Trainee for its Singapore facility. You will join the twelve-hour rotating shift team and contribute to routine operations across Upstream, Downstream, or CMS in a modern, digitalized manufacturing setting.

Qualifications include a NITEC/Diploma in Engineering or Science. You will work under GMP guidelines, develop cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a state-of-the-art modular facility.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Diploma in Engineering or Science is required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to adapt messaging to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Operate in Upstream, Downstream or CMS in cGMP manufacturing contexts.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, training records and risk assessments.
• Support digital/automation systems and batch documentation; participate in continuous improvement.
