Job summary

NO DEVIATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and GMP-compliant operation of biotechnology process equipment. You will act as SME for equipment, lead troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing activities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain validated equipment, support NPI and product changeovers, and develop maintenance strategies to sustain production efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and experience in biopharma manufacturing.
• Experience with GMP, deviations, CAPA and change controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
• Experience supporting NPI, CQV, or engineering projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned process equipment to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Lead troubleshooting, investigations, and root cause analysis for equipment issues.
• Develop and implement CAPA and change controls related to equipment performance.
• Support NPI and product changeovers and equipment readiness.
• Drive maintenance optimization and data-driven improvements.
