Job summary

NO DEVIATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and GMP-compliant operation of biotechnology process equipment. You will act as SME for equipment, lead troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing activities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain validated equipment, support NPI and product changeovers, and develop maintenance strategies to sustain production efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and experience in biopharma manufacturing.
Experience with GMP, deviations, CAPA and change controls.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
Experience supporting NPI, CQV, or engineering projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and manage assigned process equipment to ensure safe, compliant operations.
Lead troubleshooting, investigations, and root cause analysis for equipment issues.
Develop and implement CAPA and change controls related to equipment performance.
Support NPI and product changeovers and equipment readiness.
Drive maintenance optimization and data-driven improvements.
