Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer II to join our Service team in Singapore. You will provide technical support to customers, field service engineers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders, helping drive cases toward resolution.

The role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent communication, and a desire to grow expertise in bioprocessing equipment, service support, and customer-facing problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a life sciences/engineering field.
• 3+ years supporting bioprocessing equipment or related life sciences activities.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues using a structured approach.
• Experience with tangential flow filtration (TFF), automation platforms, or related technologies beneficial.
• Familiarity with Repligen systems portfolio and related filtration/process control technologies preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/service management systems.
• Experience installing, configuring, or supporting software for bioprocessing equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective technical support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, video, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot product hardware, software, processes, and system-related inquiries.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Repligen products and bioprocessing applications.
• Document customer issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Field Service, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Product Management to resolve issues.
• Assist in creating and updating technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Coordinate follow-up activities including RMA requests and field service dispatches.
• Participate in product training and knowledge-sharing to improve support capabilities.
