Lonza is hiring a Process Engineer for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join the Process Engineering team in Singapore Tuas. The role is fully site-based, emphasizing hands-on collaboration and precise manufacturing of biologics under strict quality and safety standards.

You will drive operational support, drive process improvements, and manage GMP-related activities across MSAT, QA, Maintenance, and OPEX to ensure reliable equipment and successful tech transfers.

Qualifikationen

• Process engineering experience in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational and process support for manufacturing systems in biologics production.
• Develop and implement best practices to improve success rates and safety.
• Lead investigations related to deviations and CAPA proposals.
• Coordinate commissioning and qualification activities (IQ/OQ) and handover to maintenance.
