Job summary

PROCESS ENGINEERING SPECIALISTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Process Technician to join on a permanent basis to support UFDF process development in the Life Sciences industry.

You will perform planning, execution, analysis and reporting of UFDF studies and collaborate with development and manufacturing teams. Experience with UF/TFF platforms such as Cytiva, Repligen Hollow Fibre or Pellicon is desirable. The role emphasizes OFAT and DoE study design to define operating ranges and enable scale-up

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, analyse, and report UFDF process evaluation studies using lab-scale models to support process development.
• Design OFAT and DoE studies to assess process performance and establish operating ranges.
• Work hands-on with UF/TFF systems (Cytiva, Repligen Hollow Fibre, Pellicon) to support scale-up activities.
• Collaborate with Process Development Scientists, MSAT, Manufacturing and Analytical Development teams to advance process development.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, executing, analysing, and reporting ultrafiltration/diafiltration (UFDF) process evaluation studies using laboratory-scale models to support process development activities.
• Design and execute One-Factor-at-a-Time (OFAT) and Design of Experiments (DoE) studies to assess process performance, identify critical process parameters, and establish acceptable operating ranges.
• Hands-on experience with UF/TFF systems, including platforms such asCytiva, Repligen Hollow Fibre, orPellicon.
• Collaborate closely with Process Development Scientists, MSAT, Manufacturing, and Analytical Development teams to support process development and scale-up activities.
