Job summary

PES International is seeking a Process Technician in Singapore to support UFDF process development across life sciences projects, working with cross-functional teams.

You will plan, execute, analyze and report UFDF studies, perform OFAT and DoE experiments, and operate UF/TFF platforms such as Cytiva, Repligen Hollow Fibre, or Pellicon, collaborating with Process Development, MSAT, Manufacturing and Analytical Development groups.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, executing, analysing, and reporting UFDF process evaluation studies.
• Design and execute OFAT and DoE studies to assess process performance.
• Hands-on experience with UF/TFF systems (Cytiva, Repligen Hollow Fibre, Pellicon).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Process Development Scientists, MSAT, Manufacturing, and Analytical Development teams to support process development and scale-up activities.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, executing, analysing, and reporting ultrafiltration/diafiltration (UFDF) process evaluation studies using laboratory-scale models to support process development activities.

• Design and execute One-Factor-at-a-Time (OFAT) and Design of Experiments (DoE) studies to assess process performance, identify critical process parameters, and establish acceptable operating ranges.

• Hands-on experience with UF/TFF systems, including platforms such as Cytiva, Repligen Hollow Fibre, or Pellicon.

• Collaborate closely with Process Development Scientists, MSAT, Manufacturing, and Analytical Development teams to support process development and scale-up activities.
